    Article 2: Personal data

    • Concerned about the respect of your privacy, PDGB undertakes that the collection and processing of this information will be carried out in accordance with the law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, data files and liberties, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing the Directive (hereinafter the “RGDP”).
    • The site https://www.pdgb.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”) allows you to :
    • Communicate with us via the “Contact us” section;
    • Send your application via the “Application” section of the Site;
    • Browse the various sections of the Site and access general information about the firm, its areas of expertise and its teams.

    Personal data collected via the site:

    The Site collects the following personal data:

    – In the context of an application: your last name, first name, email, date of birth and any document attached to your application. In this context, we collect and process your data on the basis of your consent for the processing of your application;

    – In the context of a contact via our contact form: last name, first name, e-mail, content of the message. In this context, we collect and process your data on the basis of your consent for the processing of your application;

    Purposes :

    The above-mentioned processing operations are carried out with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time (in accordance with article 6.1 a of the DPMR).

    Recipients of your data:

    The data concerning you are intended for:

    – In the case of an application: to the administrative department of the firm and/or teams concerned;

    – In the case of the “Contact us” section: to the persons in the firm concerned by your application.

    The data relating to your connection may be processed by our service providers (including the Site host), for the purposes of managing the Site.

    Data retention period:

    Your data is kept as follows:

    – Data relating to an application: in the event of a negative outcome to your application, and unless you request otherwise, this data is kept until 2 years after our last contact.

    – Data relating to a contact via our “Contact us” section: this data is kept for the duration of the processing of your application and for a period of 3 years from the last contact you had with us.

    Rights to your personal data:

    You have the right to access, modify, limit, rectify and delete information concerning you.

    You also have a right to oppose the dissemination of your data to commercial partners, a right to the portability of your data and a right to withdraw your consent.

    For all purposes, it is specified that the Site does not carry out profiling processing.

    Specifically in France, you also benefit from the right to define guidelines relating to the conservation of your data after your death, whether for the purpose of deletion or communication to third parties.

    If you deem that, after contacting us, the rights relating to your personal data are not being respected, you can file a complaint to the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés.

    Article 3. Intellectual Property

    The Site and all of the content disseminated on this Site (in particular logos, images, photographs, video, sound, text, names, trademarks, interfaces, any distinctive sign, databases, etc.) are protected by the legislation in force in France in terms of intellectual property and in particular, copyright, ancillary rights, trademark law. All reproduction and representation rights are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.

    The use of the Site by users does not entail any license and/or transfer of intellectual property rights relating to the Site and/or the elements composing it. Any downloadable and/or printable documents remain the exclusive property of PDGB.

    For any useful purpose, it is also recalled that the databases appearing on the Site benefit from a protection to the benefit of PDGB under articles L.341-1 and following of the intellectual property code, independently of copyright or any other right on the database or one of its constituent elements.

    Article 4. Miscellaneous

    French law governs these terms. In the event that they are translated into one or more languages, only the French text shall be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.
